Limited Warranty Policy – Groupe Shokk Inc.

Warranty Duration Groupe Shokk Inc. offers a limited 10-year warranty on all its lithium batteries, applicable only to the original purchaser. Coverage decreases over the years as follows:
- Years 1 to 5: 100% coverage for replacement or repair.
- Year 6: 60% coverage.
- Year 7: 50% coverage.
- Year 8: 40% coverage.
- Year 9: 30% coverage.
- Year 10: 20% coverage.

What is Covered The warranty covers manufacturing and operational defects when the batteries have been used according to the guidelines published by Groupe Shokk Inc. These guidelines include user manuals, technical specifications, and service communications.

What is Not Covered The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use (overcharging, incorrect connections, etc.).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Extreme storage or usage conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.).
- Cosmetic damage (dents, scratches, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear or aging of components.

Customer Responsibilities Before submitting a claim:
- Keep your original proof of purchase.
- Contact our technical support team to diagnose the issue.
- Return the defective product in its original packaging or equivalent.

The product must be shipped to: Groupe Shokk Inc. 1073 Desserte Nord, Autoroute 440 Ouest, H7L 3W3, Laval, Quebec, Canada
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the claim is accepted, Groupe Shokk Inc. will cover the shipping costs for the repaired or replacement product.

Service Options Based on the evaluation by our technical team, Groupe Shokk Inc. may:
- Repair the product using genuine parts.
- Replace the battery with an equivalent or newer model.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable laws, Groupe Shokk Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, including:
- Loss of income due to business interruption caused by a defective battery.
- Loss of critical data due to failure.
- Costs associated with the temporary suspension of an industrial or commercial project.
- Additional expenses incurred to obtain a replacement or temporary solution.
These exclusions are intended to define the limits of our liability and encourage customers to plan for backup solutions when batteries are critical to their operations. Subject to applicable laws, Groupe Shokk Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or data, caused by a defective battery.

General Provisions
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, residents of Quebec have additional rights that cannot be limited by this warranty. These rights include remedies in case of non-compliance of the products with the conditions of the sales contract.
- Any modification to this warranty must be approved in writing by Groupe Shokk Inc.
